Thank you for shopping with The Handmade Vault LLC. We pride ourselves on creating unique, handmade earrings and curated print-on-demand merchandise. Because of the nature of our products, we have crafted a return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

📦 Handmade Polymer Clay Earrings

Because each pair of earrings is made by hand with care, slight variations and imperfections are part of their charm. Please read the policy below:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of your order.

  • After that, the order is in production and cannot be canceled.

👕 Print-On-Demand Merchandise (T-Shirts, Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

Print-on-demand items are made to order and shipped directly from our printing partners.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

  • If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, along with a photo.

  • We'll issue a free replacement or refund upon verification of the issue.

Cancellations:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours. After that, the item goes into production and cannot be changed.

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses.
